TRUTH BE TOLD-
County Chair Stripped of Her Position By Corrin Rankin Supporters
Below is the account of the unlawful removal of the Monterey County Central Committee elected chair.
On January 16, 2025, Dalila Epperson was elected Chair of Monterey County.
Approximately two weeks later, she received an email from Corrin Rankin supporting the Proxies and Credentials Committee saying the results of the January 16 organizational meeting were “in question” and needed to be adjudicated.
The Proxies and Credentials Committee then proceeded to hand over power to the Corrin Rankin supporters. therefore denying the Monterey County’s rightful Chair the right to appoint delegates. This was done in direct conflict with both the California Elections Code and the CRP Bylaws.
The following is Dalila Epperson’s testimony, describing how Corrin Rankin supporters unlawfully took control of the Monterey County Central Committee.
coup d'é·tat a sudden, violent, and unlawful seizure of power from a government; a coup. "a military coup d'état brought down the government"
“I was removed from my Monterey County Chair position—it was taken away from me. Our executive board members were removed from their positions, too. The position of Chair was given to someone who may have attended a total of two meetings in 2024. Other executive board positions were then given to the outgoing Central Committee members who support Corrin Rankin.”
Play to see the OBSTRUCTION OF THE BYLAWS as we asked to "vacate the chair".
Part 2.
~ TOLD, we were a "MOB" ~
“I was told we as duly elected members of the Monterey County Central Committee, were a mob and a riot. The police were called. But video footage, as well as a copy of the police dispatch report, clearly show that there never was a riot, and calling the police was a clever attempt to prevent the duly elected members from selecting a new Chair. The police did not fill out a formal report because they did not witness a "mob” or “riot" that evening. Six police cars showed up ready for a "mob” or “riot" only to find a meeting being held. As the report states, they observed the peaceful proceedings and walked out.
We then called for several “Points of Order” to contest the 6 extra unelected voters that we were told had previously been appointed and that would be voting at the meeting. These were ignored. After 40 minutes of refusing to be recognized, we held a vote to vacate the Chair and then elect a Temporary Chair. Both motions passed with a majority. If the 6 unelected people had been able to vote, this would have given the Corrin Rankin supporters the majority by one.”

Elected Chair of the Monterey Central Committee - Removed
Dalila Epperson was elected Chair of the Monterey County Central Committee with a vote of 14 to 3 that evening, January 16, 2025.
Second County Organizational Meeting Allowed By A Vacated Chair
A week later, on January 23, 2025, under the false pretense that a riot occurred at the January 16 meeting, a second, “Zoom only” organizational meeting was called by the outgoing and now vacated Chair. None of the 14 Central Committee members who voted to elect Dalila Epperson as Chair were in attendance. Even though there was no quorum present, the minority 9 elected Central Committee members proceeded to include the 6 unelected members, who then voted to overturn the January 16 election results. With the 6 appointed votes, there were now a total of 15, which gave the Corrin Rankin supporters a quorum and the majority.
Corrin Rankin’s allies on the Proxies & Credentials Committee then proceeded to invalidate the first organizing meeting held on January 16 and validate the Jan 23 meeting.
Corrin Rankin supporters now had control of the Monterey County Central Committee, and since state Bylaws allow each newly elected County Chair to appoint a number of state delegates, it gave them the ability to only appoint Corrin Rank supporters as state delegates, who will now be able to vote for her in the upcoming Convention.
WHY DOES THIS MATTER?
Monterey County is not alone. There are several other counties that have been similarly stolen by Corrin Rankin supporters. Evidence has made it clear that this is a statewide organized effort.
In just a few days, on March 16, 2025, the new California Republican Party Chair will be elected, and as Republicans, we need to make sure this weekend’s election is fair and transparent.
MAKE NO MISTAKE
This is all about who controls the California Republican Party and the millions of dollars that are up for grabs.
If the truth is not told, they will continue to control the election results at our conventions.
As we will see, disenfranchising County Central Committees across the state in order to seize their delegates is a key part of the Corrin Rankin playbook.
CUT DOWN ON THE CORRUPTION BEFORE IT BEGINS OR IS IT ALREADY HAPPENING...

Are you seeing a pattern of this happening around California with the Republican County Central Committees? If so, email our team at 2025truthbetold@gmail.com. What we are hearing, this is happening in many counties from across California. You have a voice. Speak up and do not let the antics of the current CA GOP and candidates unlawfully take control of these statewide offices. If they do, you have to consider if they really side with Trump! He wouldn't allow it.

How can anyone tolerate this disgusting dishonesty and obvious deceit from Rankin supporters? I feel they’ll be coming for my county next. They have to be stopped somehow! But how?
We have the same problem in Florida. The Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) suspended our Manatee County Republican Executive Committee in September of 2024 during the most important election of our lifetime. They were unhappy that we beat out all of their establishment candidates with grassroots backed candidates. My friend Jacki and I were on the ballot for State Committee Man (SCM) and Woman (SCW) positions which we both won on a county wide ballot. Last week the RPOF removed us from the REC and stripped our SCM and SCW seats from us. More on that here...
